stayed there last year and going back this year.

It was fine.

the views weren't that great - our was the parking lot and woods area.

what I didn't like - no restauarant on site. the Wendy's (that you could walk to) was closed. No general store. but they do have a free shuttle to Publix, Walgreen and a few other places.

they had a few swimming pools - at least 2 right next to each other - but it would have been better to have on big one. not enough pools for the people staying there.

there is a person sitting in the hall - sometimes a security guard - but more often someone who wants you to sign up for their timeshares pitch. Just ignore him.

the things I loved. the interior was very nice. It was a great location.

what size unit do you have?

We have the 2 bedroom unit with the full kitchen. someone on here said that there are certain rooms where you can watch the fireworks from on the balcony? Do you know anything about that? We will have a car so we will eat out except for breakfast. Is there a walmart close by? Not to worried about the pools since we will be at the parks. Thanks.

they might have on the other side.

I was on the side facing US 192. the other side probably had a nice view of the Gaylord - and maybe Epcot fireworks.

the villa surround the swimming pools - so 3 sides face away from Disney property.

on one side faces toward it.

oh there were other villas (forgot that :rotfl: ) that probably did get a better view of the fireworks.

Arabian Horse Show is next door - you can definitely walk to it - so I would put that on the list.

forgot - some of their 2-bedrooms are strange.

I was in the bigger unit.

you open the door - there were 2 doors - one side was mind, the other side had a couple of people the first two nights.

now this is nice for separating the units.

but for a family needing a 2-bedroom unit - I would think this could be a pain.

here is the website for the resort and a layout
