How to start with Digital scrapping

I have seen some awesome ones, and i want to start! I have downloaded alot of digital stuff and did an on line free class last year, but cannot remember a thing :rotfl: So now, where should i start. I have Photoshop elements, but really only used it during the course and have not touched it since. :scared1:

I suggest trying some of the tutorials at various digital scrapping websites. Here are a few, Google to find more.

I just started learning a few months ago myself. (I use Paint Shop Pro X) I found that the tutorials were wonderful resources. I just started putting together basic layouts and as I learned more about my program, I went back and 'redid' pages till I got them to a point I liked them... I really enjoy learning all kinds of new and neat things I can do with my program. The best way to learn for me was to just keep doing the tutorials and playing/experimenting with my program.
