These is the first time I’m trying to rent point or reservations here, actually I’m new on the forums.
Can someone give a hand and explain how is the processes and where to start?

you might have better luck asking on the rent/trade board...

You might want to read the FAQs again. You can't post requests for points on any board but the R/T Board.
