Has anyone done this? Do the kids enjoy it? Also, we are staying at the yacht Club, what's the best way to get there?

My kids love it. There are 2 fire pits for you to cook smores, you can bring your own or buy a kit. (I don't know how much as we stay at FW and bring our own). They also play a Disney movie after the sing along.

I think the easiest way for you to get to Fort Wilderness is to get to the Magic Kingdom and take the boat over to the fort.

That sounds like so much fun! What time does is usually start?

I'm sorry, but I have to post a comment to this question.
Asking a Fort Wilderness Discussion Forum if anybody has been to the Chip/Dale Campfire is like asking a Marine if they ever went through bootcamp.:rotfl2:

I guess that's why we are here......:teacher:

I had originally posted this question in the resort forum and it was moved to this one.

Sorry about that. I went back and read my reply and it did sound rather harsh.:(

I read yours after reading some other topics that were just getting out of hand. Sorry for venting toward you. :grouphug:

We went last year and caught Cinderella and DD ( then 5) loved it - We had an early ADR ( 5:00 I think ??) at WC in WL and then took the boat over. We just bused from our hotel to the nearest park then caught the WL bus.

This is one of the things my DD loved the most -

Sorry I forgot - times and the movies offered each night are generally posted for the month as a sticky in the camping forum I believe the campfire started at 7 or 7:30 and the movie at 8 if I'm not mistaken - we arrived just before the movie. Too much fun passing the ketchup:woohoo: :woohoo:
