Larry Birkhead was named the biological father of Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's, infant daughter.

Anybody else see this?

Yeah, just saw it on CNN. My mom and I were pretty sure it was him. Well, at least Dannielynn knows who her dad is, and I'm glad that this whole battle is done with :)

Actually, they have a lot of other stuff to deal with. Custody and whatnot.

Howard K Stern said "As far as I'm am concerned Larry can come and take Dannielynn from the house right now"

How caring of him...*roll eyes*

He also said he wasn't going to battle for custody, he wanted Larry to get sole custody...

There's something fishy going on with that guy.

I've seen Dannielynn in person walking with her mommy in L.A. before. She's a cutie! I was like on the other side of the street. Anyway I'm glad it's him. Howard K. Stern creeped me out! I'm sure Anna Nicole's up in heaven watching all this and is happy that Dannielynn is in good hands!

I always assumed it was him. The baby resembles him more.

At this point, it's really "Who Cares?" She was a B/C List celebrity to begin with, and she died over a month ago. They should have handled all of this stuff a loooong time ago. It makes for a goo dnews story, which is why we still have to put up with her face being plastered all over the news. Speaking of which, since when is the identity of ANS's daughter "national news." Maybe on a gossip show but...there are really way more important things that lose time on the air because of the ANS story. :sad2:

It's not about that. She wasn't that high up in social standing, she wasn't really talented at anything. The whole big thing started when her son died, because when there's death in hollywood, and that person has any affiliation to a known person of any kind, the reporters pounce. They want news to broadcast. And well the rest is history.

Howard is a strange man. He was overprotective when it came to Virgie (which does make sense, as Anna hated her guts) but he doesn't care who gets her now?

I'm not too interested in the situation anymore anyways.
The first questions that everyone was thinking when she died, are now answered. Why did she die, and who is the father?
That's all I cared about.
Now that I have the answers, I'm probably not going to be watching as much ET.

my nanny and i always thought this was a "wacky" case... first the mother did not want anna did not want her to be burried next to her son. and that howard stern well i think he did this case to get more fame and i always new larry was the father. howard said "i will not fight against custody" that there shows if he was that sure he was the father he would fight against custody.

Thank God, now will everybody shut up about her? Seriously, it's been almost 2 months and every channel I watch it's either friends of Anna Nicole's, more about her death, trying to figure out who the father is and yadda yadda yadda

Yeah I'm glad and all she's with her real father now but jeeze..

Are you sure? Because at the press conferance she said she wanted to work something out with Larry, to see that baby. But I doubt that's gonna happen, isn't Larry the one who hates Virgie?

I dunno. But they're probably still gonna have it all over the news.
