question about winning at disney

I was just wondering where exactly the dream teams go, like I already know that you could possibly win at the four major parks and the two water parks. But does the dream team go to disney quest, the marketplace, pleasure island. Also what are the hours that the dream team are working (i.e. when you can possibly win)
And now for a very stupid question, has anyone won sitting down in a restaurant eating.

I'm not sure on this, but I can tell you from what I saw. They are mainly in the theme parks, but I did see some in Disney Quest where they were handing out ears. Almost always I would see them during 8-5 depending on what time the park opened, but never saw any in the later evening times. I don't think I saw any in the resturants either, but not sure about this one. The only tip I recommend is that get to the parks earlier because most people I saw with dreampasses and ears won them earlier in the day and we also won lanyards about 10 in the morning while at MK.

I can't find the link right now, but there was a story in the local paper here in Ohio about a couple who won a night in Cinderella Castle, and they were at Downtown Disney. They weren't even planning on going to the parks, just doing some shopping while visiting relatives in the Orlando area.
