Hi. i am kind of new to disboards.. and i pm a lot of friend. I only have 1 pm left ( i have 119 out of 120 ) and i was wondering if someone could post some advise on what i could do:) tyvm if you help me

I was hoping to find some advice...I know my mood swings and overall misery is getting worse as I get older...this bites...:headache:
