having problems to PM

Sorry - this is probably a newbie question. I've read the board guidelines and faq and didn't find the answer. I keep getting an error every time I try to PM someone in the trade/sell/rent forum. Is it just me - is my browser is action out or is this a known rule of the forum that is not covered in the above documents I mentioned?

I think you have to have so many post to be able to PM someone. Try looking here or posting here http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=43 This is the tech board they might be able to help you faster.
