Anyone have success getting ASMu Fam. suite?

I will be a Thursday booker for a family member. (I am going in early Aug). Has anyone tried to get a family suite with free dining? I know it was unavailable last year. Just checking in case she needs a back up. Thanks!

I called this morning and asked about the All Star Music Suites and free dining. They are NOT being offered with the free dining. They would have been perfect for the 6 of us( both my kids are bringing a friend). We instead got 2 rooms at Pop!

Sorry. It is not offered this year either. I called this morning and the CRO agent said there was no availability for family suites under the free dining code for disney visa holders. She then checked to see if there were open family suite rooms for the dates I had chosen and there was availability if I paid full price. Good luck with her reservations but she will need to pay full price, check AAA (don't know if they have discounts on the fam suites) or use another resort/room type. You can always see if more rooms come available later but I doubt it; they are too popular. Hope this helps give her time to research other options, Marriedmyprince
