WISH friends...it has been a while since I was last on this board. But, I recently signed up to walk in the 50 mile, three day MS walk here in the Twin Cities. The walk is over labor day weekend in September and I am starting to get the training under way.
My friend and I have an 18 week training schedule from a local marathon show store and we are at 21 weeks right now. We'll be getting ready for the 18 week schedule by doing some light training over the next 2-3 weeks and then we'll be ready for the graduated training in the 18 week schedule.
Very exciting!
