I just had to post how impressed dh and I were with the quick response from ******** confirming our booking. I booked online with the idea that they would respond within 24 hours but probably wouldn't hear from them until after New Year holiday. Thanks to ********!! If nothing else goes wrong between now and our arrival at WDW it will mean ******** was the only thing that went right! :D And no they didn't pay me to post this:cool:

We used ******** for our recent family trip on the Magic. They did 2 separate MCO pickups (we arrived at different times) and waited for late flights.

There were 10 of us coming from the Magic to MCO. The day before disembarking, I emailed from the ship to say that we would be getting off earlier than expected, and could they be there at 8:30 instead of our agreed on 9:30. Within an hour, Rabbit emailed back and said they would be there at 8:30. Well, he was there well before 8:30, and we were at the airport in plenty of time for 11:15 flights.

Another plus - the van is really plush, seat belts for everyone, and comfortable. Rabbit brought a trailer for our luggage so that we would not be crowded in the van and there was no problem loading everything in.

We were very happy with this company.

How do you book online for them? I thought when I looked all they had was a phone number to call.
