Universal Express Pass -- current status?

Will be staying at HRH in March. Couple of questions about how the "Universal Express Pass" privileges currently work ...

(1) Is this good only once per ride per day, or is it good multiple times per day for the same ride?

(2) Which rides do *not* have Universal Express

(3) Is this good in any way for shows?

And I didn't even start the thread.

We need the "insiders" to set the rules straight. Please tell us the rules for the year.

And I hope these rules stay true for the ENTIRE YEAR.

Please, don't change the rules during the year.
Set them now and keep them for the rest of the year.
