The 4-day Park Hopper is the pass with the least number of days available for purchase at an off-site hotel. This pass admits you ONLY to the four Disney theme parks. Unused days on these passes don't expire, so you can use them for a future trip to WDW.

Yes, there are 2 and 3 day Ultimate Hopper passes. However, if you'll read my site carefully you'll see that these are only available to guests of resorts on Disney property.

If you're staying off-property, your smallest Hopper option is the 4-Day Park Hopper.

You are right there are Ultimate Hopper Passes,which are length of stay passes for Onsite Resorts. they are the most expensive form of ticket media.
