Hi!
I will soon go to DLP and I have read about La Vallée outlet centre. Is it worth going there? I will stay at Disneyland Hotel, what is the easiest way of going there? Is it a large shopping centre, how much time is necessary to spend there to enjoy it? (I am an average shopaholic!) I appriciate every advice about this.
I have remembered quite a good thread about La Vallee from about a year back, so I had a search for it for you and here (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=9328007) it is :)
ETA - good grief, it was two years back!! But I would have thought that the information is still relevant.

Personally, I found the outlets VERY high end, so unless you want to buy from a particular store, you may not have the need to visit. The main shopping centre is good for shopping, however, and for stocking up on baked goods and groceries, as well as dining options.
I would far rather take the 40 min ride into Paris, get off at Auber station, and shop at Galleries Lafayette than the outlets.

I really like the sports shops. As someone said before you need to be looking for discounted designer clothes not cheap clothes.
That said next door there are some good shops in the commercial centre where Auchan is.
I have also picked up some great clothes there
