Yes, DME is available to all WDW guests, including those with DVC reservations.

Just call MS with your flight information and they cam take care of the DME reservation.

There is no extra charge? I am purcahsing tickets and flights seperate from each other.

As long as you are staying in a WDW hotel, including DVC, ME is a free service. When you have your flight info, call MS with it.

DVC members get all the benefits that any other WDW resort guest gets. Free theme park parking, charging to room key, package delivery, etc.
