How does a 10% SSR dividend sound for the much maligned SSR?

Folks, a DVC acquaintance always has the inside scope after plying DVC employees he meets at the BCV bars he lives in. DVC will be giving out a 10% dividend based on the number of SSR points you have. How is that for an in your face, "don't slam SSR", thank you. There is also a slight possibility of a new high tech monorail system based on the Japanese use of magnets. Since it so much cheaper to build, it will first go directly to SSR.
