Hello Everyone,

Ok so our hotel choice for this trip has to be either...

Sheraton Anaheim Hotel

or

Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

We went with the first, but can change. Have any of you stayed there? Have and tips or advice? I dont see it talked about here, so now Im worried.

Thanks!

The Sheraton Anaheim gets fairly good reviews whenever I've seen them. It's got nice large rooms and beautiful grounds. It's not easily walkable from there to the parks, but they do have a shuttle.

The Sheraton Park Anaheim is a refurbished Coast Anaheim Hotel. It's a typical high-rise hotel, and although it's a bit of a hike, it's walkable. I believe it is on the ART line, too.

We have stayed at both - a couple of times. I recommend the Sheraton Park over the Anaheim Sheraton, but you would be happy at either. Are you a Starwood member? We own a Starwood Timeshare and use points to stay at both hotels for free. When doing so, we get the best view rooms. The park view at the Park is wonderful. And you get a nice balcony to enjoy. The beds at both hotels are "heavenly" and the service great. Both have good sized rooms and lovely decor - the bathrooms at the Anaheim Sheraton are small, that is my only criticizim here. Grounds are spacious and pretty, too. AS has recently been renovated and the koi ponds and aquarium are neat. The Park is a newer hotel, though. Both have great restaurants for breakfast. Lastly, if this matters to you, the Park has no transportation and you must either walk 15 minutes (no thanks! ) or take the ART shuttle (don't care for it) and AS offers their own dedicted FREE shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, right on time. Good luck deciding, but as I said, you should be very happy with either choice.:)

Thanks for the info lulu!

Oh i am so torn. Yes we are starwood members. So that's why it has to be one of those two places. We are platinum members so we also get the best room. From the online pictures the shereton looked nicer, and i heard the suites have jacuzzis. Thats why I went with it. But now, a balcony does sound nice with a disney view. Ohhh decisions. Im not thrilled about the shuttle, id rather walk. Its so hard for me to imagine Disneyland in a metro setting, im so used to Disneyworld. I hope the other half likes it. (He works in the city, and hates cities) :rotfl2:

I also like the Sheraton Park. It was the Coast Anaheim and it was our favorite hotel for a long time!! IT is walkable but you have the option of the shuttle, and the pool is really great there if that matters to you!!
