Wondering if it is any good. The reviews seem positive.

I haven't heard of this but it looks good. :)
I've been really happy with Marathoning for Mortals. I've been tempted to read some of John Bingham's other books.

I went up to Barnes and Noble and bought it yesterday. I'll post back how it goes. I'm a walker and wanted to join DH in the RFTT. The book seems to really ease into running from walking. The program looks very doable!

John Binghams (The Penquin) books and love all of them. I am a runner, walker, whatever the mood strikes me at the moment and how healthy I am. There are many great web sites that provide awesome training plans. Have fun with all your trainining is my motto!:goodvibes

I read that book when I first started running. I got it at the library. I followed the plan for about 6 weeks and then just did my own thing until I switched to John Bingham. It was a good book in my opinion, but I am not a seasoned runner. I just do it because!
