Mid June or late August?

O.K., I'm sure this topic's been done to death, but I'm new, so please help!!!
Absolutely can't take the kids out of school, which would be better crowd or weather wise, mid June or late August? My sister is going with, she can't take the heat (yeah, I know, it's Florida...), but I hate long lines even worse. Any other time in summer when it's even a little bit slower? Thanks so much for the info....

Late august is much better than june. I've done both and now book my trips for the last 2 weeks of august. It can be crowded but not like June. We do the parks until noon or so and then leave when it gets crowded. We do the pool in the afternoon and then the night is open.
