Hi, you could try this:-
Go to GOOGLE type in DISNEY MAGICAL EXPRESS, PRESS "SEARCH THE WEB"
Click on the first on the page, on the page that opens there is a list on the left hand side,Click on "Magical Express Planners" On the page that opensclick on the online form This should be what you want, Good luck, Best Regards, Smeeee.
