I was just looking at the latest new postings and saw that "invasion of the millionaires" was closed. CLOSED for what!!! Because people are debating something. A couple people disagreed but I never thought it was tasteless. It's an opinion. That's why it's called a discussion board.:thumbsup2 If somebody typed cuss words or threatened somebody I could see some concern. This forum has become like checking my email and I enjoy posting and seeing how others enjoy the fort. Maybe it's time to create fortwildernessdiscussion.com lol. I just don't see a reason to stop a thread. I hope I'm not out of line.

OMG, that is absolutely ridiculous. I just read the last page or so of posts and there is absolutely nothing on there! I have no idea how that could have been a hard decision! Visit other boards and you will see a reason to close posts, but not on this board. There is no such thing as "freedom" on DIS unless you're in the cliques, which alot of times, include moderators. Maybe the mod. can shed some light on why in the world they'd close a perfectly good and healthy discussion.

These posting boards are a dime a dozen. I am on atvflorida.com and several others like rv.net. This is basically a template and you just fill in the spaces. I'm in the process of buying a domain name for fortwildernessfans.com and hope to get the transaction done tonight. If so I will reopen the post "invasion of the millionaires" back up and we will continue on lol. Like I said domains and these boards are a dime a dozen so this will be my .10 instead of .02.

I've re-opened the thread, since I can't get a second opinion from my co-mod who's on vacation, i do feel the thread has drifted from its original subject though.
