I redeemed some points for a couple of gap gift certificates back in Oct(10/13) still havent heard from them. I have a confirmation Number but do you think I am out of luck. I guess I missed the boat. I can't even get on the site or would call if I had a number(can't find one). Has anyone else heard from them?
