That can be cute, when done correctly. I've never managed to do it correctly though...darn.

I hate skirts over jeans. One girl at my school does it EVERY DAY! No lie. It's hideous.

Crocs, andreally baggy dresses (I lovingly call them potato sacks).
I also don't like leggings so much, but I can stand them.

I don't like uggs with leggings and jean skirts, it look tacky. :scared:

I aboslutely hate this new thing wear shirts have to be so tight they squeeze the life out of you, don't get my wrong, I wear my shirts fitted, It just bugs me when I have to buy one size bigger.

People who are a little umm bigger, wearing really tight shirts and really tight pants.

I never can seem to do the whole belt over your shirt/dress right. It always looks stupid. :guilty:

Oh, they are coming out with some terrible plastic bead necklaces right now!
The really ginormous ones. One girl has this cloth/wood one that looks like intestines with grapes going down them.(Ick!!!!)

I happen to do that with my Eli Manning jersey. Sure, it's football. But I tie the jersey, nonetheless. And I'm a huge Giants fan. I'm just wondering; does that make me snotty?

crazy2beautiful
03-26-2007, 08:45 PM
I think tying the jersey makes it look better sometimes because they're usually so big. It makes it look more feminine.

Suddenly the streets were overrun by Italian fans that didn't seem to care a week before.

anything dealing with shirts down to the floor and the pants falling off. i have better things to make fun of than that.

i hate it, when, all the little "my life is HORRID! i hate the WORLD!" "emo/goth/whatever" girls draw these obnoxious eyeliner tears on their faces. a girl in my french class does this every single day. its just...annoying. real tears look much prettier, kthanx.

i dont like skinny jeans...i think they look silly.
bahama shirts are hilarious.

Skinny jeans, very rarely look good on people who are short, or have larger hips. Models, and tall people can pull them off most of the time.
They look ABSOLUTELY stupid with sneaker (like Adidas). Heels, boots, sandals, whatever... but NOT SNEAKERS.

When people wear their pants like wayyy past their belly button. It does not matter, whether you are 10 or 100, if you're fat or skinny, it elongates your crotch and stomach. It's gross.

Tucking in shirts.

Grey leggings.

When people decide, that it's a marvelous idea to wear pants that are like 1-5sizes too small when they hardly fit into them. Like, it pushes some skin that hangs over their waist.

Wear bermuda's that are skin tight. They are supposed to kind of.. hang.

i love skinny jeans but they MUST be worn with boots or heels!
no sneakers allowed that looks ridiculous!!!!!

i HATE dresses over jeans. JUST WEAR THE DANG DRESS BY ITSELF!
or skirts over jeans....WHAT IS THE POINT?!?! just wear the skirt!!

uhhh i also don't like tank tops over t-shirts/polo shirts.

plastic pearl necklaces. i've had enough.
but chunky plastic beads of any kind for that matter.

HOOP EARRINGs. they aren't even really a trend anymore, i just really DONT like them. especially the big honkin ones!

ah now see i'm a bit below average(in other words a bit on the short side) and yet i can still pull of skinny jeans:confused3 my hips are 27"(all the way round not side to side) not sure what that is
but i can pull em off
and NONO NO skinny jeans DO NOT look good with trainers.

Babyjustrun

I don't mind if the pants aren't like completely baggy, and touch a bit, but like skin tight freaks me out.
I've only seen it online and on tv though, people around here don't generally do that.

It freaks me out when guys wear their undewear underneath their bathing suits.

In my school:
Converse makes you emo.

I love to dress in an "emo" style with "preppy" clothes. If someone in my school actually cared, I'd be dead. (Not literally.) However, they're like, "...yeahh...."

Babyjustrun

I love Converse. I definately wear them with my skinnies (which look awful on me).
Nobody has an opinion on them (that are very public) to Converse at my school. Very few people wear them. Mostly girls wear them, I know two guys with them, and one doesn't wear them at all.

I can't wear my Converse too long.
Like, I didn't wear them much last year when I bought them because I can't really stand them with shorts, and it was hot when I came back from Florida. So, I decided to wear them on a walk to a nature park. I had blisters on my feet by thee time I got there. I still had to walk through the woods (we got lost for an hour or two) and then I had to walk out of the woods and back from. It was soo bad =(
Converse aren't great if they aren't broken in.

My mom hates converse. I sometimes wear them to tick her off, and she knows it. (Just in case she's reading this . . .) But I still like them, nonetheless.

Sometimes, I pair my skinny jeans with poser uggs or my suede boots.

Babyjustrun

Converse and skinnies look cute. My friend does it all the time. Unless you actually have big feet, they don't look bad. I can wear little boys shoes, and my feet are small so they don't look too bad.

I hate pink converse.

Oh I know I have the same hair, and it takes me like 2 hours to straighten it when I want to. I am talking about girls hair that just look dirty and well it is hard to explain. I put product and stuff in my hair, with a headband it looks cute, I barely ever straighten it. My hair is sooo curly, it look's like Shirley Temple's.

Crocs i use for swim meets in the winter because my mother won't let me in the snow with flip flops. So, i settled for crocs, which aren't the best.

I also hate when people wear leggings with so called long sweaters that barely, barely cover their butt. And exposed thongs. It's really dandy that you wear them, but keep it to yourself, por favor? There are many girls at my school who think everytime they put one on, they're automatically really cool. So in their minds, it's probably like, "why not just let the world see it? Then I'll be really cool!" I don't mean to make fun, but that's what I think.

And some miniskirts as well. I wear them. Like them. But sometimes it's too short. A girl sitting in front of me today in math kept freaking out, looking down at it and fixing it.

I don't know. It just can bug me sometimes how people will wear things that they're obviously uncomfortable with, just to look good. :confused3

Big girls wearing small clothes. Ew.
I'm not exactly the most petite person in the world, and I know not to wear skin tight clothes. My friend, on the other hand...

The other day we were shopping, and she wanted to find a new bag. Urban Outfitters was close, so I suggested we go there cause they always have great bags. Urban Outfitters only has like, S, M, and L sizes, right? So she sees a shirt she likes, and is like, "OMG I HAVE TO GET THIS! I HOPE THEY HAVE MY SIZE!!!!" She needs an XL, but they only have L, so she gets that. I was like, 'Hey, you should go try it on, so don't have to come back and return it if it doesn't fit.' trying to drop a hint or whatever. She says she doesn't need to cause she KNOWS it'll fit. She wore that shirt today, and omg. It looked so bad, it was soooo tight. Ughh.

But I want to go back because they had an absolutely amazing blue patent leather purse that I thought about getting, and now I'm kicking myself for not getting it. :p

I also hate when people wear gym shoes with regular clothes. I mean, if you're wearing your Pumas or something with jeans and a sweatshirt it's ok, but if it's a nicer outfit you're wearing with gym shoes, it just looks so bad, lmao. It's not that hard to find a decent pair of flats at like Payless or something.

I hate Uggs with a passion. I also really hate it when guys wear their pants way too low and tip their cap to the side. It just never looked good at all to me.

It's not that hard to find a decent pair of flats at like Payless or something.

it's very hard to find a decent pair of flats if your feet are really narrow
i have one pair of flats. they're lush black and sparkly but to make them fit width ways we had to by em a size to small. they're murder to wear!!

Flats are also very hard to find when you have freakishly wide feet like me.

My flats don't fit.
I got a size 5 (although I am a size 7) and it was too long, and too wide. I have extremely narrow feet.

Flats fit my feet just fine. I wear a size 6-7, and I'd say my feet aren't too wide or to narrow. They are however small, so I can't buy certain pairs of shoes. I love flats.

I hate it when somebody wears a ring on each finger, please come on 1-2 rings will do.

I don't like to wear rings (then again, I don't own any that fit, just baby ones that don't even fit my pinky) just *** they hurt when I bend my finger and stuff.

I love rings. I've worn the same ring almost every single day for the past 5 years or so. I've worn the other one almost every day since my last birthday. :]

Crocs are rubber on your feet. Why should overweight people wear more clothing?

I always wear rings, I have since I was like 6. It's my trademark, my "thing". I just got a new one for Christmas, from Toffany's. It's STUNNING. I love rings, I wouldn't be Jenny without them.

I also hate gauchos.

What's wrong with wearing dresses to school? I don't do it, but still. Let them wear whatever they want. It's not like all dresses are ugly or disgusting trends.

Crocs are nasty. They're ugly. They're not comfy. They blister and make feet sweat.

What they mean though, is that overweight people shouldn't be wearing itsy bitsy skirts, and stuff that doesn't fit them. Like, have you watched the auditions for dance shows on tv? These people have their breasts, stomach and everything else popping out. If they wore clothing that fit and was decent, they wuoldn't have to worry about it.

Oh I defiantly agree with you about the Crocs.

Society is really screwed up though.
