I have stayed 3 times and like it enough to go back. It has nice grounds with lots of pine trees, two pools, a shop with lots of stuff cramed in and transportation. All rooms have a balconey or patio and there are interior corridors to the buildings but there are six different buildings. Room decore is new but nothing special. Rooms are quiet. It is a fairly easy walk to the parks too. Cons are that it doesn't have a complimentary continental breakfast and some of the rooms are right next to the freeway.

Ditto on what the above poster said. I've stayed there several times and like it a lot. It is one of the least "motel-like" on Harbor near the DL entrance. It was also one of the easiest check-in experiences I've ever had! The price is right too.

Also, if you're too tired to walk back after a long day at the parks, they also have a shuttle. And there's a restaurant on-site, at least I hope it's still there. I loved the Acapulco across the street, and that closed!! This year we splurged on GC, so I didn't get to see the Harbor Blvd. hotels much, except from the monorail.

The Coco's restaurant that was on the Howard Johnson property is now just a dirt patch in the parkinglot. I did not ask if anything else was going to be built. The Acapulco Restaurant acroos the street was also bulldozed. There is now a Mimi's cafe ther. I like Mimi's as the menu is diverse which helps when everyone doesn't want the same foods.

We just stayed there a couple of weeks ago and it was nice. Nothing fancy but we were barely in the room so we didn't care. We walked across the street to Mimi's for breakfast which was wonderful.
