View Full Version : Best Choice for TS in DTD

Will be leaving AK for TS? Thought about going to DTD for Dinner. What will a choice for 3A/1C in DTD?

A second thought would be to go AKL for Dinner but I don't think there's much to do after dinner @ AKL. Am I wrong?

Guess if you have suggestions @ AKL, it woudn't hurt to comtemplate.

We have eaten at both Capn Jacks and Wolfgang Puck Cafe and enjoyed them both. Are you on the dining plan as that limits your choices for DTD TS restaurants. Haven't tried the others on the plan so can't comment but do think you are right in thinking there is a lot to do after you eat while at DTD.
I think it would be a great way to spend an evening. You will have to take a bus to a resort first if you do not have a car and then transfer to a bus for DTD. If you are not on the DDP Planet Hollywood or the Rainforest Cafe might be a fun choice although many will say the food is just so so.

Wolfgang Puck would be my first choice. We're doing it twice in April. Captain Jack has a much smaller menu but the lobster tails are a real value on the DDP. We'll be there for 2 weeks so we are also going to Raglan Rd and Planet Hollywood. If I could only pick one it is Wolfgang for sure.

OT The $15 voucher in rec w/ pkg, is that limited to food? Or can you use to PH merchandise?

My DH got the lasagna at Wolfgang Pucks Cafe ( I didn't) OH my Gosh!!! It was the best lasagna I ever tasted, and I'm Italian. I can't wait to go back and order that myself.

A short ferry ride away from Downtown Disney, there's the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs. I enjoyed it so much, I'm going back this year.

I vote for Wolfgang Puck's Cafe. This was the best TS we had on our last trip!!! You have to try the spinach artichoke dip and the carrot cake! YUM! We've already made our reservation for our next trip!

We also used CS at Wolfgang Puck Express which was a great value too!!!

Raglan Road is fantastic - awesome atmosphere, great entertainment, unique menu.
