Canadian Ticket?

I ordered two 7 day hoppers as part of the canadian special on November 9. I still have not received them. Has this happenrd to anybody else? I want to know if this is the norm before I make a stink.

If you ordered through Sears travel they do not give you your tickets until a few weeks before you leave. Don't ask me why they hang onto them.

Yes, thats true about Sears travel. I just ordered our tickets, and the TA said she'd call me to pick them up about 2 weeks before our trip. I guess it doesnt really matter, as long as I get them, but Im sooo excited, i would like to have the tickets in my hot little hands. I suppose you could say you're going sooner than you are actually going, and you'll get the tickets sooner, but I wanted to take advantage of their plan that doesnt charge you until the END of the month that you travel.(Its free to do that, althought there is a $25 s/c for booking tickets, and nothing else thru Sears, but if you put it on your Sears Card, you get the Sears Club points).

Usually travel agents do not receive the tickets from the suppliers until about 2 weeks prior to the travel dates.
