Does anyone know if there's anything new at old town? We will be stopping on our June trip! Are the cars shows still going on Fri. and Sat. nights??

Old Town is great! My kids loved it! It has all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and amusement rides! If you're staying nearby wdwcrazee chances are your hotel will be providing you with a coupon book for Old Town good for rides, merchandise etc. They also have cars (antiques etc.)that drive thru old town on fri. and sat. nights. Some people say its getting run down but we liked it and are going back in June!

I have been going to Old Town for many years and enjoy it everytime I go. There is so much to do there for the young and old. A big variety of shops, rides and just fun. I remember a few years ago when the Human Slingshot was the hottest thrill event there. We would sit and watch people being launched way up into the night sky. Oh the memories. My best friends DH got a tatoo there and my little brother did the kids bungee there. We all have a good time when we go there. Please do check out the website! About the only bad part about it right now is all the construction on US 192. That road is a mess and makes traffic move very slow!

My son and I are big car fans and stumbled across the Old Town cruise night last year. We made sure we visited it this year again. We were there on 2/17 and it was great. 200+ vintage and muscle cars. Our only complaint is that it gets dark too early. The cruise is held on Saturday nights. 192 is still a mess. Some of the next door neighbors try and charge big bucks to park. We parked at the red lobster and walked over. There was plenty of parking there and it's a short walk.
