Hi,

We bought 150 2x3 picture frames (wedding design) to serve as both our table notifications and our wedding favors. I just started looking through the boxes and realized that the price tags are on the front of the frames. I took one off, but it left the sticky residue and I would like to know how can we get that off each one without leaving marks on the frame. They are all metal frames so I don't want to scratch them.

Use an alcohol wipe, or nail polish. Works great!!

Good luck! :thumbsup2

I use a squirt of WD40, that will usually do the trick. For the life of me, I can never understand why they put stickers on the front of stuff like that!:confused3

If you haven't pulled all the stickers off I read some where that if you hold a blow dryer on like med heat up to the sticker for like 5 sec. they peel right off with no residue.

If its on the glass, a little lighter fluid will work...on a Q tip. Goo Gone is also great as other posters mentioned.

It's on the metal, right were the cut out designs are at. They are also those pull apart price tags so when you pull it off, it comes off in parts. I have one box of 50 done already so only 100 left to go. The alcohol idea is working great, but it's just a pain in the butt to do this.

I am sorry it is such a pain, but I am glad it is working.

All the sticky stuff did come off the first 50, but I wish that they had put the price tags on the back where they would have come off better. I figured we would do a few here and a few there and by the time Sept rolls around they will be all done.
