Hi all!
We are adding on a 4 day trip to Universal/IOA following our upcoming Disney cruise and I am so excited  since this is our first trip to Universal! We are staying at Hard Rock Hotel and it will be DH, DS (9), and DD (almost 8). We are planning on 1 sit-down dinner while there. It could be at Universal, IOA, CityWalk, or at our hotel.
Where would you suggest that we eat?
Thanks!!

Mythos would be my first choice for you requesting a seat by the window. However their hours can be odd depending on the season. You could have lunch there also.
Or, I really love The Kitchen at Hard Rock hotel. Let us know what you pick! Have a look at the food pictures thread too!

I have been reading through other posts and both Mythos and The Kitchen seem to be recommended frequently ... so they are currently at the top of my list of finalists. Thanks for the recommendations!! :)

Thanks for the input bubba's mom! We have never been to Margaritaville so that is at the top of my list too. I am thinking that maybe we will do 2 meals (current plan - Mythos and Margarittaville) ... of course that might change a dozen times as we plan more and more! :yay:

mythos generally closes at 3 in the afternoon. check the hours before you check in to the hotel.
i must be the odd man out as i have not been impressed with the kitchen and i stay at hrh all the time.
if you like lively and entertainment, try finnegans at the studios.
margaritaville and nba city have been great over the years for us also.
lombards is not too bad for a menu choice at the studios.
tchoup tchoup seems to be a favorite for some but i have not tried it.
it is located at rph.
the islands breakfast at rph is very very good.

Bubba Gumps on City Walk!!!!!!!
The Bucket of Boat Trash is awesome, as are the coconut shrimp, and the bread pudding is truly the best I have ever tasted...they must pump the sauce directly down from heaven.
