Ok we are experiencing some techinical difficulties. We are not sure what they are because our service provider is not having problems so they are internal to our machine. Britt is of course out of town (isn't that just like a man). He tried a remote reboot but that made it worse. He won't be able to do anything about it for a few hours though guys. I called our host and they are going to try a manual reboot which will hopefully at least get it back up even if it does not help the slow loads that everyone is seeing. But a slow pinpics is better than a down pinpics. When Britt gets home tonight we will work on it and try and figure out what is going on. I wish we had known yesterday there was a problem. Why oh why do these things happen at the wrong time. Anyway no worries everyone. I don't think we need to start the support groups yet..HEHE

I am probably not stating all this correctly but in the absence of the master I am doing the best I can.

Thank you for your patience.

I'm seeing indication of data corruption starting around 4am this morning. Tastes like either a memory problem or a hard drive crash. Stuff like this happens, sure, but why oh why does it always happen when I'm out of town???

It's a conspiracy.

PS. the slowdowns you folks saw were the result of a series of Denial of Service (DoS) attacks launched against several networks over the holiday. This is unrelated. Some folks just have too much time and too little consideration for other people.

Thanks for the update ... at least I know it isn't me :). These things happen ... I am sure we all understand.

I've posted some information on the Pin Pics home page, and will continue to keep it up to date with the current status.

awwwwwww you are so mean to me... Of course I guess in a way I did since I emailed Britt and told him about the problem which caused him to reboot which caused the site to crash...etc...... LOL

I added those jewelry-style pins and gave the whole program indigestion. No wonder it began throwing up.
