You can order them from Jibbitz.com and I think they were $3 each.

I got mine on Ebay from a seller called Charmin' Darlin. They were $3.00 each and had a set shipping price of $1.50 for as many as you wanted to order. Just do a google.com search for Charmindarlin and his Ebay store should come up for you.
