Paying online is the only way I do things..unless it is something I can drop off in town (insurance, water bill, softner bill)

I'm paying more and more stuff on line but I feel like I may forget to pay something if I don't see an actual bill. KWIM? Plus there are some CC companies that charge a fee if you pay on line.

I'm trying to figure out what a softner bill is.:confused3

Ever since I signed up for online banking last year and automatic bill payment for every bill that offered that option my life has gotten so much easier! I also put everything that allows that option to be billed to my credit card so I only have one big bill to pay and I rack up points for Disney.

I saw the postage increase yesterday. It seems reasonable. I was afraid it was going to be higher.

We have a water softner... Even though we live in the city and have city water the water is still really, really hard.. so our plumber insisted we get a softner to extended the life of our water heater.. So far so good..and my clothes are cleaner & softer than before we got the water softner!!

So far Buffy, I have a list of what bills need paid and when(as I'm sure you do too).. I still get paper bills so I can account for everything... I'm always afraid of missing bills too.. The only bill that doesn't come to the house is the satellite bill and I have requested a paper bill for over a year.. I just have to keep that one in my pop up calendar and pay it the 1st of every month!

Trade you for a day!!!
Speaking of :laundy: I'm now only load number 3 of 8 baskets! Can you believe that stuff.. I cleaned DD's room yesterday..and for someone who is at school or extra curricular activities she came up w/ 3 baskets herself! I'd like to know what she is doing that she goes through that many clothes!! (2 of the 8 baskets were towels.. 3 for dd, and the last 3 were for 4 people combined!)

Nancy, I hear you on the teenage girls and laundry. My DsDs are only with us 2 days a week and they generate about a basket a day each. My oldest goes through a MINIMUM of 8 towels per weekend - 4 full size, 2 hand sized and 2 facecloths. I have not yet figured out what she does with the hand towels since obviously the rooms with sinks already have them hanging. :confused3 I told my DH that we got off easy - we had full custody when they were young and dirty. ;) You practically had to pay them to take a shower and they were more likely to shove dirty clothes back into their drawers than into the hamper. We just followed the scent to find them.

Well I have boys and they keep me busy with laundry. The two youngest change clothes everytime I look at them. :rotfl: I have to make my oldest change clothes sometimes. But the other two just want an excuse to change, I'm like put that back in your drawer you only wore it for an hour it isn't dirty. :)

Good thing to know I'm not the only one that is dealing w/ this issue. .Get this.. when I was sorting the clothes.. I found clothes folded that I had just washed!! I was fuming!!! She got the "mommy rant" last night..and she is doing 2 loads of laundry today herself.. She needs to learn..

Momx3boys.. can I so relate to that.. DS6 changed 4 times yesterday! I told him that if he changed one more time I was going to take all of his clothes and just give him a towel to wear!

That is so funny. Mine get excited about getting new clothes and they're only 6. I think they like getting new clothes better then toys sometimes.

My youngest boy would rather clothes than toys. Clothes horse.

Seriously. Who would have thought we would have this problem?
My eldest talked his grandmother in these new sneakers, because they would match an outfit. :confused3 Matching? Since when did 8 year old boys care about matching?
