Great Deal at Universal's New Resort

For those of you who don't make it over to the Universal board, I just want to mention the introductory special at Universal's newest resort - the Royal Pacific, which opens this summer. With the Fan Club Card, I was able to book the Club Level for $139 per night for our August 2002 trip (rack rate is $249). I can't wait!

How do you get a fan club card and does it cost anything?

I just found my Universal Fan Club card. It says on the card that they are only available through businesses and not to individuals (in other words not like dc where anyone can buy one). HOwever, I got mine last year when I ordered an Orlando information packet over the phone. I don't know if that is still available or not, but that is where I got my card.

I just changed my ressies from HRH to RP club level 8/13-8/18.
