where can I find a history of cheap fares

I seem to remember cheap fares being offered for February last year. As I recall $93 r/t from Buffalo, NY. Is there a site that keeps track of when the lowest fares are offered, historically. We are trying for a cheap getaway. With the Winter rates in DD and All Stars being so low it would be nice to catch a break on the air.

Last year they had $98 round trip on Southwest out of Albany the beginning of January..we took advantage of it. Not as good as Septemebrs and this Jan $39 each way..but still good enough!
