Whoops posted this on the non UK board as well by mistake, do't suppose it matters...

If you have a few mo's please have a read and tell me what you think.
Group is ME35 My Mum56 DH39 DD4 DD1.5. We are staying off site at Sheraton Vistana Village. It is not a WDW only trip.

Arrive afternoon Sat after checking in and unpacking DH and DD's to pool Mum and I off to Publix to shop. Early meal in appt. and early to bed.

Sun - Epcot. Akershus Princess Lunch booked. Want to do Soarin, kidcot stops, The seas with Nemo.
Probably a CS meal before leaving park before Illuminations

Mon- MGM. Sci fi dine in for lunch ADR. ToT for me and DH, Beauty and the Beast, Voyage of Little Mermaid & Playhouse Disney. CS meal before heading home.

Tues- Rest day (pool and a little shopping). Back to Epcot for Illuminations.

Weds - MK. Crystal Palace ADR lunch, Parade at 3pm. Basically I'm thinking the whole day will be in fantasyland! and Toontown.

Thurs - AK. Lunch at Rainforest ADR. Leave after parade head back to hotel to rest.

Fri - TL or BB

Sat - Rest/pool morning. BBB booked for DD4 at 1400 then onto MGM for Fantasmic ADR. Mama Melroses.

Sun - Universal

Mon - IOA (maybe just me and DH) Kids and Mum stay at hotel.

Tues - Rest/Pool day

Wed - MK Late start to stay for Wishes.

Thurs - Seaworld.

Fri - Wet n wild (?)

Sat - Down to VA at DTD to check in bags and off to MK for one last goodbye and lunch before airport (boo hoo).

Looks fine to me.:goodvibes When I draw up my itinerary I use the Brits Guide for the busiest/quietest days and opt to visit parks on the quietest days and also pick the Disney parks for the day after they have had an early/late opening for onsiters. We have always managed to do everything in the parks we wanted by following this method and I presume it works. I don't know if you have picked to go on quieter days but if you have not it would be worth you doing so.

yes wicket2005 I have based the itin on published busy days (staying away from MK and water parks at w/ends etc) and I've tried to factor in plenty of rest days. I would like to to a pure wdw trip but dh loves universal and ioa and as its him that goes to work everyday to pay for the trip then I think his wish should come true!
my biggest worry is my youngest, I'm trying to fix up plenty of stuff for her to do too.

looks really good, plenty of rest time. only thought is if you are using a day of your pass just for Illuminataions, then go a little bit earlier (around 4pm) to see a little bit of World Showcase, the entertainment in the countries will keep the smallest child happy, like the Chinese acrobats, and server amusant in france. my kids were rooted to the spot. You will have a great time, well done:thumbsup2

The only thing I noticed was that you seem to have most of your 'Disney Days' in the first week... you might want to keep a couple of days in your second week to do 'repeats' of your favorites, or the rides you didn't manage to do in the first week!

I always write into my plan, pool/lazy day and never stick to it, we spend a few hours around the pool and then I'm off to a Disney park even if I'm repeating our favourite rides lol :)

I think that will happen too. As tired as we all feel I bet dd4 manages to pursuade us to go back to MK on rest days. I would like to go back to mgm and dh and I may do that one evening when the others go to bed. we love the whole mgm thing! we have also done universal and ioa in one (long) day before which would be great if we could save a day that way. it has to be said with less for the little uns at these parks I don't think we'll last two full days, having said that dd4 loves shrek and I can't wait to do shrek 4D !
I also agree with my fellow diser that said the girls will like seaworld (so will my mum, I think) and might like to go back there...

Your youngest is certainly young:) , I am sure she will very much enjoy all the sounds and sights, there are plenty of gentle rides she can go on as you are aware. As well as seeing all the animals at Animal Kingdom and Sea World. She will love being in her own special buggy if you are hiring one from the parks.

Hi Eyoreaud, we haven't stayed at the Vistana before and would love the low down (which building to request etc.) on the resort and surrounding area. We are non-drivers as well and plan to cab it about a lot. I understand the i-ride stops right outside and there are a few restaurants nearby at vineland.
We really wanted a home from home having such little uns with us, and having my Mum with us meant we couldn't have a regular hotel room without all killing each other! We didn't want to do a villa as we prefer not to drive (well DH doesn't, I'm not so sure).
Any info would be great.

I agree with Gill and wouldn't do US/IOA on consecutive days, however as the parks are walking distance apart 'in theory' you can do both in one day. Although you may feel a bit rushed doing this.

As far as plans go we tend to just have a good idea for the first 3 or 4 days, I think planning is all part of the fun but you can always change when you get out there.
