I have stayed at the Sheraton several times and have had no problems. I found it nice, there is also the Hilton right next door. I have never seen any pets at either place.

We have stayed at that Sheraton. The Hilton and the Sheraton are right next to each other right at the freeway exit to Universal. The nice thing is the shuttle that takes you right over to Universal. It only takes about 5 minutes but it is a big hill so hard to walk it.

We were lucky enough to stay at the "club" level and our room was beautiful. The beds were soo soo comfy. It was a corner room facing US and had a great view. The food at the club level was wonderful and the room was right down the hall. So many families there just took the kids right for breakfast in their pjs and they had 5 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, several different fruits and some really great coffee too plus the usual decadant danishes. (No hot breakfast stuff like eggs though.) In the evening, they had food too but we were always at city walk eating-good stuff there!

I have read some bad reviews lately but we really enjoyed our stay except the pool was freezing. If you can pay the small fee to upgrade to club, maybe $30? it would be worth it if you are breakfast eaters.

I changed from the Sheraton to the Hilton, got the club level with AAA from just 9 dollars more then the standard room. The morning fruit and coffee are worth that to me. I am just glad that it has a no pet policy there. Don't get me wrong, I love animals, I have a cat of my own and am going to buy a dog but lets face itthey are not as hygenic as people or then again maybe they are. :rotfl2:
