Hi, I'm sorry to bother anyone else with this, but I cannot find any infoabout this item on line. I recieved an item as a gift from a good family friend a long time ago, who has passed away in the mean time. It looks like a black and white photo, although the back of the paper does not have something like "Kodak" written on it or anything. It is glossy on front though like a photo. In the bottom left corner it has "69/7100" in the middle of the bottom it says Walt Disney presents "WINNIE THE POOH AND THE BLUSTERY DAY" An Animated Cartoon Featurette, the next line reads "Technicolor Distributed by Buena Vista Distribution Co. Inc. To the right on the bottom it says "permission is hereby granted to magazines and newspapers to reproduce this picture on condition that it is accompanied by the copyright notice MCMLXVIII Walt Disney Productions Printed in the U.S.A. It is a black and white picture of tigger in a mirror in a room with honey pots on the floor and a coo-coo clock on the wall. I also have another similar typed item except it is from Lady and the Tramp. Thanks so much for any information you can provide! I know this is where the Disney experts are!

It sounds like something that would have been sent out in the press release packages that Disney sent out to various media outlets when a film was released.

They also did the same thing when the parks celebrated anniversaries. The photos could then be reproduced in local newspapers to drum up publicity for the event/film.
