Tell me what to expect...Disneyland the last week in Sept.?

We're planning a trip for the last week of Sept. during the week days of Mon-Thurs. We plan on getting park hopper passes like we did last year. Last year we went in May. The weather was pretty good but there crowds were pretty plentiful. I hear it's less crowded in Sept. Can you tell me what else to expect and plan for???

Disneyland is less crowded in the latter part of September, but not empty. You'll be fine Mon-Thurs. as most locals hit DLand on Mondays and Fridays. It's become that I rarely find the park empty as say 2-3 years ago. As far as the weather goes, September will be very warm, but not unbearable.
Just FYI- if Dland becomes too crowded, head over to DCA, as it is rarely crowded, except for the weekends.
