wrong code??

I called yesterday and was told that we had one of the discounts attached to our name. The first CM told us that we had the discount and gave us a quote. When we called back, we changed hotels and the price seemed high. When I figured everything out this morning, our discount was only 15%. Were there two discounts?

Did you get a package? The 40% off would be off your room rate only, not dining or park tickets.

The same thing happened to us! I called several times, and was told no, they couldn't do it, then got a CM to say we could, so I wanted to speak to dh about it. Then when we called back we were only given a 12% discount. I guess it's better than nothing, but 40% would have been better! It was frustrating. :confused:

Yes, we booked a package. I should have used my calculator last night!

There IS a code for 15% off that is for certain dates.. for values.. and up to 25% off for selected deluxes.

What was your original resort and what did you switch to?

And then there was the 40% off code.

Sounds like maybe you got the 15% off code.

Remember -- these are off the room only portion of any packages you buy. The tickets and dining and whatever else you add on is full price.
