Ok folks, looks like we get to go and for less than the price of the ASMu that I had booked at the $49rate!! I am trying to go for 4 nights under $1200 (or not too much over:-) ) for Labor Day weekend. Last year we stayed at BWV (1st trip)- DH thinks we should wait to take DD back (she is 6) I don't want to wait.. she's only little once !!
So, priceline $160.99 for 4 nights at the Wyndham Palace..
I would like a King bed with a pull out sofa bed.. do they have this? how can I get it? or do we have to go with 2 doubles? what about renting a refridgerator? what about the pool? can it possibly compete with the keister coaster at the BWV? Will we be disappointed with the Wyndham after the BW? is the Wyndham better than the All Stars? where to eat? charges for parking? valet? should we rent a car or take transfers?
hmmm.. HELP!!

Stayed twice last week (3/25-3/28 and 3/30-4/1). All nights were 42 plus AMEX bucks.

You MUST sign up for WyndhamByRequest. It is free and provides extras like extra pillows and blankets, free items (we were sent a small fruit tray and soda shortly after arrival)amd most importatnt free upgrades. We were upgraded both times to their Crowne level which requires a specal elevator and key. The upgrade includes free breakfast each morning (6:30 - 10), free drinks and food each evening (beer, wine, antipast type foods), and cordials and cookies between 8 and 10. Free soda, water, coffee and tea is available all day. All of this is provided in a lounge room next to the elevator.

The rooms were spacious - two queens, desk with great work chair, small balcony. Plenty of room. There are two pools - nice, clean and kid friendly. Also hot tub by pool. Food and drink at pool level, small playground, tennis courts and small arcade room.

Have fun.
