Just one photo that really made you happy over the past week. :cool1: Be sure to let us know the who, what, when and wheres.

Eric Hinske of the Boston Red Sox hit a Grand Slam home run at the Spring training game I went to on March 10th. The Sox beat the Tigers 7 to 6. It was, as we say in Massachusetts, wicked pissa! :rotfl:

I like the idea- maybe you can make this a weekly reoccurring feature on the photography board. ;)

Here's mine...went out to the beach last Friday evening to see the sunset and let the kids play a bit. I was taking pictures of them and the scenery and just relaxing but thought this shot of my youngest just summed up the day. (Toes in the sand was a close second. :goodvibes )

Here is mine. I posted it in another thread, but I really like the way it came out even though it might be a little bit on the overexposed side:

I love this idea too - plus it will encourage me to use my camera more during a normal week - and not wait for special events.

This has to be my favorite from all of the photos I shot this week - and man did I ever take a lot! ;) We were having so much fun when this one was taken. My entire family was involved. Me taking the photos - my two daughters happy and getting along and my husband was playing silly "cowboy" music via his laptop. It is rare for me to get a photo of both of my girls - rarer for them to WANT to be in a photo together - so this is a special one for me.

I just took this one a few moments ago. It is spring break here and the weather is great (the clouds have rolled in this afternoon though). Anyway - this is Tara and two of her friends, I LOVE having the laughter of kids in my house. For some time Tara was not spending too much time with the kids in the neighborhood (due to one family of bullies) but lately they have been planning together again and my house is THE HOUSE - when I bought this house with the pool, it was my hope that it would be the place to "hang out".

So although not the greatest photo- it makes my heart happy!

I wasn't sure about starting another photo thread but I find it interesting to see what it's like where other people live right now. I've been told, although I think it's a vicious rumor, that most of the USA is still cold. :confused3 :lmao:

So, yeah, I think it would be fun to do this on a weekly basis. I'll just change the title so folks will know what the correct time period is.

Great pictures all. Keep em coming! :thumbsup2

Here's one I took this afternoon, yes we still have snow on the ground, what makes me smile about this shot is that the snow is melting.

Your daughter's cake very similar to Sandra Lee's cake on Semi-Homemade. Can you tell I watch too much Food Network? :)

From the Amelia Island Concours on Sunday. I just love the classic hood ornaments.

i loved this jaguar, and am always amazed by how beautiful animals can be:hippie: but in the same token, always feel bad they are caged up when i see them so i thought this photo brought out that good/bad...at least to my warped mind:rolleyes:

Love this thread but it made me so sad. I didn't take any pictures last week.:sad1: I hate being too busy to take pictures.

This was taken as we left the movies after seeing Terabithia (sp?), I thought the statue was stunning and prefectly placed on the edge of the fountain.

That's like my DD and her friends - lately our small maple tree (which I hate - too near the house) has become their "club house" - they are realy monkeys - I go out and I find them perched on the branches talking. I made them a trapeze like swing so they swing like monkeys too! It's good to see them playing with the "simple" things in life sometimes, not all the electronic game, TV, computer etc!!!
