Okay, so we are going soon (well, actually a few of months), but I've been going over where we are going to eat before DBIL & crew arrive. I am sure I will eventually eat at ALL the place in UO/CW, but for this time, I want your opinions. Which do you like better? Like I said, I will eventually eat at the other choice, but I want your inputs as to which to go to first (this summer)....
TIA :thumbsup2

i have eaten at both places and love both.
the view from thunderfalls is so nice.......the place is large and is set up nicely. but, it basically has the burgers and chicken menu.
enchanted oak has the ribs and chicken also.
inside is cool and dim lights.
very enjoyable. food is good there also.
i vote for enchanted oak. will you take me with you??

Another vote for Enchanted Oak. I can't think of a better place to hang out and get out of the sun for a while.

Both are very nice with unique atmospheres, though overall I like Thunder Falls better in that respect. Enchanted Oak is a nice place to cool off from the sun though.
I think the food choices are similar but it's been a while since I've eaten at either one (always end up at Mythos!)

I've never ate at Thunder Falls. But we ate at Enchanted Oak for the 1st time in Feb. and we all loved the food and atmosphere. Not sure why we never tried it before :confused3
The menus look similiar so I don't think you can go wrong there, but the the atmosphere at Enchanted Oak is great.

Was Wimpy's a choice? Never ate at EO but did at TF once.

sorry...Wimpy's is not a choice....this will be for "dinner" the day we spend at IOA.... i had originally planned EO, but after reading my book about TF, i was thinking of switching..... I guess it will depend if we are in the mood (or wet) to eat outside (and if TF is open) or inside in the cool AC....
Thanks you guys...guess I'll stick to my original plan of EO......and mac, you can come....and we'll buy your dinner ;)
(the rest is up to you....sorry....)

Yep it's inside, but the one side of it is literally RIGHT next to the big JPRA splashdown, which is bright...but there's just something really nice about that area, I love watching it from there

Both are great, but I love the fact that EO rarely has a line since Mythos is right around the corner. The scenery is outstanding inside, and out back there is a great view of the rest of the park.

I've only been to Enchanted Oak so i can't comment on Thunder Falls. It was a nice cool place to sit and relax for lunch. The lines were short and the food was quick, unlike when i tried at Wimpeys which took about 30 mins to get to the front when there was 3 people in front of me.
The corn on the cob were great i really liked that, was great to have something else than fries with my lunch
