I know this has been posted elsewhere but dont think it has on UK pages.
The Rotary Club of Celebration have a sale planned for weekend 20-22nd April no more details yet but if you want to bookmark their website, I am hoping they update it soon.
I have not been to one in Celebration, I know there was one last October but we went to Disneyland CA for a change last year.
Always did the Tent sale at Belz in Oct which was great, upto 90% off Disney stuff(and more I paid $1 for Buzzlightyear business card holder retailed at $15)

Anybody been last October? please let us know if it was worth going to.
We went last october, and bought mostly clothes, it is extremly busy, you will be pushed around alot, we got there when it opened and by the time we had paid it was 4 1/2 hours. It was a lot better on the last day, and we went back and got a few mugs that we cound not get to the first time.
It will be interesting to see what they have this time as last time at was all the happy celebration on earth stuff.

We come home on the 21st, so will have to go 20th or opening on 21st. Probably better on 20th then we can pack the stuff in our cases.

I just did a bit of Googling and found out more info.
Sorry cant help much with transport from Disney, we always have a car, I guess a taxi is the easiest option. If you do taxi and never been to Celebration before I suggest getting there 2-3 hours before and look around first. We look to go late afternoon early eve for a walk around and watch the kids play in the water fountain.
Disney Liquidation Sale
Friday, Apr. 20, 6 – 9 pm
Saturday, Apr. 21, 8 am – 8 pm
Sunday, Apr. 22, 10 am – 2 pm
Celebration K-8 School Gym
Presented by the Celebration Rotary Club
Its is held in the middle school gym, a taxi will cost you $25 dollars each way approx.
There are no buses that come to that part of town, if you did catch the lynx bus you would still need a taxi or have about 3/4 hour walk.

Just got back, went to the liquidation sale on Friday evening. Got there with 40 mins to opening, there was about 100 people in front of us. and at least another 100 behind us at opening. It was a bit crazy but most people were in good spirits, a few upset because opening times had been published wrong in some newsletter so they had been in line for a hour longer than expected.
If you get chance to go to one of these sales do, there was at least 70% off everything.
Examples were: every hat(and there were 100's) on display after discount $2 or £1 now with the great exchange. Books $25 retail for $2.
We got shirts, pins, books, notelets, cushions, dishes, soft toys and lots more.
retail on what we bought came to over $700 we paid $202.
Couple behind us who live in Celebration told us they have them approx every 3 months but I have not seen so many advertised. 10% of all sales go to the Celebration rotary club.

I doubt they will have future dates arranged yet all you can do is keep checking their website every few weeks for the next sale.
I will try to remember to post on this thread when I see the next event dates.
