We are renting through vrbo, but not going till august. The house i inquired about was #838 3 bedroom 2 bath, but it was taken. The owner also had a 4 bedroom available so thats the one we will be taking. The owner lives in the UK, but he gave me the name of the management company that services his properties, and they were very nice, i spoke to them on the phone. I dont know when you are going, but i would be happy to let you know about my experience when i come back. #838 goes for $550 a week.

I too was looking for a 3 bed on vrbo and came across #838. That too was unavailable and we were offered a 4 bed on clear creek - we go late April, early May

The 4 bedroom that you both may be getting? What is the number of that one? Is it also listed on vrbo.? I would like to go look at it. We really only need a 3BR, 2Bath, with pool and hot tub. But their 3BR looked so nice, I'd like to see what their 4 BR looks like. Thanks, pomcoach :)

There does not appear to be a vrbo listing for the 4 beds but the vrbo listing does link to a web site http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~norex/ featuring other proprties owned by this person

Yes, Donk. that is the link i used too to see the 4 bedroom house. We are staying in one at Davenport lakes. It is called the fountain palm. I just emailed the owner and he was very prompt in responding. Ask him about the management company and he will give you their name. No hot tub, but a screen in pool off the master bedroom!! Good luck.
