Stroller Swap

With the price of stroller rentals at Disney World has a Stroller Swap ever been done.
My wife and I will be in Disney June 3, 2007 to June 13, 2007. We have 2 boys ages 4 and 5. Our boys have not been in a stroller for 2 years now, but with all the walking in Disney we think it best to get a stroller for our trip. Renting a stroller for the 10 days would cost us more than if we were to buy a top of the line sit and stand stroller.
We could always bring the stroller back home but we would probably never use it again.
I guess my question is would anyone be interested in a stroller swap. We will be staying at CSR for the dates listed above?

I would definately be interested. As of right now we are just planing on renting a double stroller for our 2 kids while we are there. Our dates are April 6th-13th.

I am new at this so I do not know how it will all work out. What resort are you staying at?
Hopefully we could get others who are able to pick up the dates between our stay.

I am interested in swapping...especially a sit and stand. We will be at Pop from Dec.19-29 but we will have our car so we could easily pick-up or drop-off at another WDW resort.

I would be interested too, but 2 things.....Juliee8 will be there pretty much the same time that we'll be there (April 7-14), and we would more interested in a double jogging stroller.

Anyone for a double jogging stroller swap?

Just thinking that this might get better response on the budget board. There are several swaps going on there now (fridges, coffee makers). I hope this can work.

I had wondered about a stroller swap myself as I am bringing an Autistic child with me who will be using a stroller as a wheelchair at least some times during the vacation. We will be there 4/16-4/21

We're thinking of getting stroller again for disney this summer. Both kids don't use strollers at home but will definitely need them in Disney. Would love to particpate in the swap if we can get it off the ground. If you need any help, PM me!

Disneymotherof3- i would be interested in a double jogging stroller swap, I will be there April 28th-May7th and will have a car to move it from resort to resort. I too think the Budget board would cause a little more action.

I agree ... you may have more luck over at the budget board. I have been trying and trying to get on a fridge swap over there for a while, but I have not had any luck.
