Room Requests

I am fairly new to DVC and was curious about room requests prior to arrival. I know they can't guarentee a room but does DVC take requests prior to arrival? Do I call member services? Thanks!

They take requests by calling member services. However, if they are using the "room ready" system, the room is not assigned until check-in.

You make your requests at the time of reservation. If you negelected to do that call or email MS and add them.

At the time of check in reiterate your requests nicely and see what is available. With the room ready system I've seen used lately you'll have a pretty good chance especially if you check in fairly early.
