My fiance called Disney and asked to speak to a someone who can help him plan something special - they can do many different things, even involving characters. If you go to Allears.net, they have a section called Pixies at WDW, I don't believe they are a part of Allears, but they can do 'surprises' for proposals, anniversaries, birthdays. They have a story up there about making the female a 'celebrity' in Disney which is a really cute story.

When my fiance comes home I can ask him who he spoke to at Disney.
