Since Off Kilter played Wednesday-Saturday last week, and this week they're playing Sunday-Thursday...that's 9 days in a row without a day off. (Too bad I didn't arrive at WDW last Wednesday!) I suppose it's worth it for them to have 2 weekend days off.

Saw two sets and had food from around the world and am back in hotel. (FYI the Caribe Royale Resort Hotel is a five minute drive to Epcot!) All five original guys were there tonight.

OK Final Update

I went back to Disney for ONE last show on Friday. I had hoped to get out early on Friday but all of the DL flights for the day were FULL!!! So I toured the Flower Festival and took a TON of pictures. Made the 2:30 show.

The night before Tony had said he was going to see the Tokens at the AG theater. (Carylye MADE me talk to him) Well they returned the favor. There were several members there and they seemed to enjoy it.

Barb - only 27 weeks and 1 day until our December trip!!! At 1 pound per week - that's 27 pounds from now. At 2 pounds per week - that's 54 pounds from now!! :lmao:

All of my Off Kilter CD's are in the CD changer in my car. The battery on my car died last month, and when it was started again - the radio/CD player wouldn't work. I have to enter "the code" to get it going again, but first I gotta find the paper with "the code" on it! I guess I could remove the CD's from the car and bring them IN the house - but I rarely listen to music at home...just in the car!

Unfortunately, the schedule does not come out until Saturday for the following week. However, if nothing changes (hey, sounds like a good name for a song :lmao: ), they play Wed-Sun 2:30, 3:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30.

I have made my DECEMBER plans based on their current Wednesday through Sunday schedule, so I hope they stick with it. I'll be at WDW Dec. 4-7 (Thursday-Sunday), then visit my mom in Cocoa on Dec. 8-9 (Monday & Tuersday). I'll be back at WDW Dec. 10-16 (Wednesday-Tuesday), and I intend to see a LOT of Off Kilter! I just hope Mark doesn't say to me, "So when are you going home?" like he did to someone I know! :rotfl2:

I'm thinking that when I visit in 3 weeks (arriving on Wed. 6/25) of going to WDW first thing to hear a couple of Off Kilter sets before driving to my mom's that evening. I know SHE won't be happy about that, but it's MY trip. I won't know for sure until I see the entertainment schedule for the week of the 22nd, and I also need to have flights that aren't delayed too much.

No, I had to work until 5:00 today, so I didn't go out there. No point in driving out for just two shows. Plus it was raining so there was the added chance of being rained out.

I got laid off Monday. I was pouting about not getting to go to Orlando and the long term boyfriend (AKA as Waldo) said "why don't you go anyway, it would do you good" Turns out the Delta ticket I had already bought for next week can't be used by someone else so it's MINE! Called DVC and booked a room. Will be using DME (hey I just lost my job this is the economy trip LOL!)

So now it looks like I will be there Sunday and Monday!!! (I might strech it to Tuesday, but I might have an interview that day)

I am in shock over the layoff. Didn't have a clue it was coming. They cut about 30 of us. But I have already had two phone screens, have meetings with recuiters tomorrow and Thursday and have things rolling! I don't expect I will be unemployed forever so I can do this trip. (Just no shopping!)

So if anyone is there this coming Sunday and Monday.. I will be the one with the sign "Will work for Off Kilter"

Thanks! I got home a couple of hours ago from my short but sweet WDW trip.:) I heard Off Kilter's first 2 sets today before I had to head to the airport. Since it rained almost every day, it was fortunate they cancelled only 1 set each on Sunday and Monday.

They usually play Sunday-Thursday at 2:30, 3:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 - but times and days do change.

Just a quick report.

I went down to Orlando to visit with a friend. Didn't get a ton of OK in. Sunday I got here in time for a huge storm. I didn't even try to go to a park...

Monday I saw just the 5:30 show. Carlyle was there so we visited. Tony was off, replaced by Jason and I really enjoy hearing Jason play with them.

Yesterday I did the 3:30, 5:30 and 6:30 shows. All five were actually there and they did good sets.

Hopefully I will be back the end of September.... just depends on if I can sneak away from the new job!

Nancy ~ I noticed the schedule change too when I was checking Steve's site tonight. We arrive 4 weeks from today for my birthday trip :wizard: . We are eating at LeCellier our first night so it would be very convenient to catch a few OK shows before dinner (and what a great way to spend our first day there!!). Hopefully we can get some "insider" information as far as if this is a semi-permanent change.

Nancy ~ I noticed the schedule change too when I was checking Steve's site tonight. We arrive 4 weeks from today for my birthday trip :wizard: . We are eating at LeCellier our first night so it would be very convenient to catch a few OK shows before dinner (and what a great way to spend our first day there!!). Hopefully we can get some "insider" information as far as if this is a semi-permanent change.
Isn't WDW a great place to celebrate your birthday! :woohoo: I hope you'll have a great trip.
From what I hear, the change is permanent ---- until Disney decides to change it again.
That will make it kind of difficult for Randy to play at Sea World on the weekend, but I imagine the locals will be happy with the change. I hope this schedule sticks through mid-December, because I rented a car to visit my mom in Cocoa on a Monday! :)

Well I am voting on another schedule change soon.

Disney has hired Randy's other bank to perform at Party for the Senses starting Saturday evenings in late Sept...... So they either do the last show without him or they change the schedule. Time will tell.

We just saw them on Sunday and we were very glad we did because I found out then that they were off on Monday and Tuesday. They are great! Very talented and very personable. My DS15 wanted to meet the the bass and electric guitarist since he plays those instruments and they were very friendly and even better looking up close, one of them offered us fastpasses for Soarin. DS bought there CD last year I wish I would have thought to bring it, I saw someone getting theres autographed. Linda :)
