The first piece of the DVC puzzle is in place, as soon as we get thru closing. We had an offer accepted today on a VWL resale :) :) :). Just want to say thanks to everyone who responded to my many questions over the last few weeks.

Now to find the right BWV resale. I've got my eyes on a couple.
