Emily got her very merry unbirthday gift from Patsy today!!! She couldn't get the discs out of the package quick enough.. That was a grand slam all the way for her... (and mom is grateful for some new discs that we haven't seen a thousand times) The book is wonderful we are reading it tonight before we go to bed.. I recieved today!!! From Becky who is about 10mins down the road from me lol! I recieved (in a very cute gift bag!) a craft tote, scrap stack in spring colors, 2 packages of brads (which is REALLY cool I just got a crop-a-dile so I'm snap/brad/eyelet happy right now lol) twill ribbons, 2 packages of very cute stickers and a flower pop up punch (also really cool I haven't seen those yet!!!)

She loves her books and other treats, we will have to keep her dad out of the lindor eggs though...they are his favourite. Mommy and Braeden are just about deaf from all the screaming of excitement.

Colleen (dis-mickeyfanz) Braeden says thank you for the board games, Mommy is looking forward to playing both the monorail game and the fantasyland games. He loves the kite, mickey craft and potc notepad and pencils, and the hockey cards too.

I had to write on the package what was in the envelope I had sent for customs, the only thing I can think of is that someone opened it up and helped themselves. I will check here to see what can be done from this end. I guess I should have sent it by purolator courier. It is definately a lessoned learned from my end, but I have recieved stuff in the mail all the time without issues. I will see what I can do and if nothing can be done then I will send something else to Tyler. I am so sorry! sincerely Kathy

Is there a tracking number on the package, if so I may be able to do more from this end, I have misplaced the receipt. Canada Post is just as helpful a UPS, but the package was sent by ground mail which they assure me it trackable by the number that is on the package and it is insured. Thanks KAthy

Mail from Canada is notoriously slow. Even coming to the states I allow 2 weeks. :confused3
I learned long ago with mail from Canada one has to be very patient.

I know mail from Canada can be very slow, especially when you send it by surface mail. I recieved a package from Canada today by airmail, that was mailed on 3-30, so that went pretty fast.

I know mail from Canada can be very slow, especially when you send it by surface mail. I recieved a package from Canada today by airmail, that was mailed on 3-30, so that went pretty fast.

Wow! To receive a package mailed from Canada on 03/30 is VERY fast! I mailed one air on the 29th and it has not arrived yet!
I use to mail to Germany a lot. And when we were lucky it took a week.
Once I mailed a package to London and it took 2 months! :sad2: Even though I paid for air, they must have sent it by boat.:dance3:

Apparently when I checked with the post office they said four weeks to deliver to the Netherlands. I wish they had of said this when I paid to have the parcel shipped. Hopefully it will arrive soon! Sorry about the delay. I hardly ever ship anything and am kinda new with this...to know what is the fastest etc. I feel really bad that everyone is waiting on me hopefully yours will arrive shortly and safely unlike my other package. ?Jenna did Tyler get his gift yet? Anything today Marjol? I feel absolutely awful, I had sent it surface not thinking it would take this long. I should have sent it by airmail. When is it that you leave for your trip? If I were to send another package via airmail it could take 2-3weeks according to the Canada Post representative. Maybe you could send me your contact info for Orlando in a PM and I could ship something there for you. my sincere appologies, Kathy

Nope, still nothing. I did recieve a package for another swap though, that was mailed on 4/4 (from the US)
In my opinion, Airmail is a lot faster than people at the postoffice think it is. I've recieved more packages from Canada and they (almost) always arrived within 10 days or so.

I leave for my trip in 24 days now :)

Please don't feel bad about this, it's not your fault. It would be great if you'd send me something else, but don't feel like you have to. It's just bad luck for me...
